I had wonderful conversations with friends and as a couple while playing this game. It comes in a nice box, but unfortunately, the box was damaged upon arrival, and the inside was dirty. I highly recommend the game itself, but I would suggest purchasing it from a different seller due to the condition of the packaging. It arrived in a bag that provided no protection at all. Overall, it’s a 5-star game but a 2-star shipping experience.

I’ve been following Perel’s work for about a year, so I was thrilled when this product was released. I first tried it out at a co-ed bachelor party, and it was a massive success! Since then, I’ve used it for ice-breaker meetings at work and now on dates, and the guys really enjoy it! It hasn’t let me down yet. It’s a fantastic way to connect, as people get excited about the prompts and love sharing their stories and hearing others’ responses. There are both risqué and work-appropriate prompts for any situation. It’s a beautifully designed game, and I highly recommend it!

“I lie to my therapist about…”
“The last time I ghosted…”
“My social media presence would lead you to believe…”
“I hope no one ever finds out about the time…”
“I hope my kids never find out about the time I…”
These prompts imply that players are dishonest in some way, whether through direct lies, omissions, or creating a false image. I don’t relate to this mindset, nor do I engage with people who do. Additionally, many questions about sex and sexuality seem to stem from a place of discontent.
Ultimately, I believe this game would appeal more to individuals who often find themselves quoted on @overheardnewyork. While I appreciate creative methods for fostering intimacy, this game carries an angsty tone that feels more salacious than healing.
